International Journal of Global Accounting, Management, Education, and Entrepreneurship (IJGAME2) recognizes the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in academic research and scholarly publishing. The journal supports the responsible use of AI technologies while maintaining academic integrity, research transparency, originality, and ethical publishing standards.

This policy establishes guidelines for authors, reviewers, and editors regarding the appropriate use of AI throughout the research, manuscript preparation, peer-review, and publication processes.

1. AI Use by Authors

Authors may use AI-assisted technologies to support research activities, including language editing, literature organization, data processing, and manuscript preparation. However, AI tools must not replace the authors' intellectual contributions, independent analysis, or academic judgment.

Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, reliability, and integrity of all submitted content, including material developed with AI assistance.

2. Transparency and Disclosure

Authors must disclose any substantial use of generative AI in manuscript preparation, research methodology, data analysis, or the interpretation of findings.

The disclosure should identify the AI tool used, its purpose, and the extent of its contribution. Routine spelling and grammar corrections do not require formal disclosure unless otherwise specified by the journal.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors because they cannot assume responsibility for the content of a scholarly publication.

3. Research Integrity and Data Protection

Authors must carefully verify AI-generated information, references, statistical results, and other research outputs before incorporating them into their manuscripts.

The use of AI to fabricate or manipulate research data, generate fictitious references, falsify findings, or misrepresent original research is strictly prohibited.

Authors must also protect confidential research materials, personal information, and sensitive data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and ethical standards.

4. AI Use in Peer Review

Reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts and related materials received during the peer-review process.

Manuscripts, unpublished research findings, and confidential editorial communications must not be uploaded to publicly accessible generative AI platforms.

Reviewers must independently evaluate submitted manuscripts and remain fully accountable for their recommendations, comments, and academic judgments.
